CARETAKER
At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], we have teaching spaces for music courses, 43 bedrooms, kitchens, a bar and offices. These are spread across our beautiful campus, which is a fascinating mix of heritage and modern buildings.
Our new Caretaker will be responsible for:
- Health and safety compliance
- Maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with contractors and service providers
- Building security
- Groundswork
- Portering
You'd be joining a warm and friendly team and maintaining a varied and beautiful campus in Hitchin.

The new Caretaker at [Employer hidden] will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, presentation and functionality across the our campus. They will support daily operations, and contribute to long-term refurbishment and sustainability initiatives. By keeping the campus running, they will play an essential part in making sure our guests have an excellent experience while they're with us.
