HOUSE TEAM MEMBER
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is a very special place, where people come to learn and celebrate music. We have 43 bedrooms, a bar and serve three home-cooked meals a day. We make sure our guests have the right facilities for their music courses, and feel welcome.
House team members at [Employer hidden] work flexibly to meet the organisation’s needs each day. This may mean that staff undertake a variety of duties during a shift, which could include supporting the serving of - and clearing up from - meals, working behind the bar, cleaning and getting bedrooms ready for guests. It's a warm and friendly team who also support preparations for our music courses and making guests feel welcome.
Job Description
We're looking for someone
- To provide excellent customer service and guest experience to all [Employer hidden] visitors.
- To support the day-to-day operations of [Employer hidden]’s activity, responding flexibly to the needs of the organisation.
- To uphold excellent standards, especially in Health & Safety and Food Safety.
- To help ensure the [Employer hidden] campus is clean, tidy and well always presented.
