What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee all departments to ensure strong operational performance.
Drive achievement of financial targets and business objectives.
Ensure delivery of high‑quality services across all functions.
Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
Support the smooth integration of new business into operations.
Lead team training, engagement, and ongoing development.
Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.

What You Need to Succeed

Proven experience leading mobile and onsite teams.
Strong people‑management skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills with all stakeholders.
Solid understanding of income, expenditure, and quotation preparation.
Proactive problem‑solver able to identify issues early and drive team success.
Confident delegator who supports team members in achieving their goals.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver on strategy.
Commercially minded, able to spot opportunities and navigate challenges.
Fluent English with excellent written accuracy.
Proficient IT user, comfortable with MS Office and internal systems.
