  • Oversee all departments to ensure strong operational performance.

  • Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety requirements.

  • Lead team training, engagement, and ongoing development.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience leading mobile and onsite teams.
  • Strong people‑management skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills with all stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of income, expenditure, and quotation preparation.
  • Proactive problem‑solver able to identify issues early and drive team success.
  • Confident delegator who supports team members in achieving their goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver on strategy.
  • Commercially minded, able to spot opportunities and navigate challenges.
  • Fluent English with excellent written accuracy.
  • Proficient IT user, comfortable with MS Office and internal systems.
