- Confident delegator who supports team members in achieving their goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver on strategy.
- Commercially minded, able to spot opportunities and navigate challenges.
- Fluent English with excellent written accuracy.
- Proficient IT user, comfortable with MS Office and internal systems.
