Based in a beautifully located Central London studio, the position offers a hybrid working model and a dynamic, inspiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality projects from concept through to completion across global architectural and interior schemes
• Set and drive creative vision, ensuring design excellence and consistency throughout all project stages
• Manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism, acting as a key point of contact
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with architectural teams, consultants, and stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering creativity and professional growth
• Oversee project programmes, deliverables, and quality control
• Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Creative Project Lead / Senior Interior Designer within a high-end design studio
• Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury, bespoke, and design-led interior projects
• Experience working on international or large-scale architectural and interior projects
• Exceptional design sensibility with a refined eye for detail, materials, and spatial quality
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in REVIT and Enscape.
