Job Description

We are looking to hire an architecturally trained professional to join our busy team, focusing on recruiting designers for London's leading design firms. This is a great opportunity to join a passionate team and do something unique with your qualifications and experience. The role would suit an experienced architectural professional who loves the idea of still working in the creative industry and is ready for a client-facing, consultative sales role.

This position is inherently about building relationships. You will be the vital link between talented designers seeking their next challenge and the UK's leading design firms looking to grow. You will enjoy the autonomy of managing your own client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long-term partnerships through expert consultation. Working collaboratively with like-minded people, you will provide inspiration and guidance to others looking for their next career move.

We're based in a lovely, newly converted warehouse just around the corner from Exmouth Market with great transport links via Kings Cross, Angel and Farringdon. You will have freedom and autonomy whilst utilising our strong brand at networking events and client meetings.

We are a company that supports growth in individuals and invests in marketing and infrastructure so that our sales people can concentrate on meeting clients and placing great candidates.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualification and experience working in architecture.
  • Proven relationship-building and customer service skills – a passion for engaging with people and a talent for connecting.
  • Responsive and solution-orientated mindset with a commercial focus.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with candidates and clients of all levels, and capable of presenting to a group.
  • Good influencing and networking skills – a desire to get out and meet people in the design industry.
  • Sales experience will be advantageous but not essential, but a strong commercial drive is a must.
