Job Description

A sector leading architecture practice in Clerkenwell, with an impressive portfolio of high-profile healthcare, life science, and higher education projects. Looking for a Associate to project lead a new build laboratory. Strong Project running and management experience is key to the success and delivery of this project.

The role involves significant client-facing responsibilities, as you will liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure high-quality deliverables while navigating complex design challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project and team leadership across RBA stage 3 to completion
  • Seamless coordination of consultants, authorities, and contractors.
  • Writing and presenting clear project reports.
  • Applying technical expertise and oversee drawing packages and site issues
  • Ensuring project success through a strong grasp of design and construction processes.
  • Upholding and advancing company standards for design excellence.

Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in Archicad or Revit with experience using the software across various project stages, including design development, coordination, and documentation.
  • Fully qualified ARB Architect.
  • Proven experience in job running, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience working on high-quality, technically complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of all RIBA stages, with a rigorous approach to the technical stages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
