About this role

Leading global, practice has an exciting and rare opening for an innovative Director of Hospitality to lead on a series of significant global hospitality projects, with specific experience in luxury resorts and hotels an advantage. In this London based, international role you would operate as an important member of the practice’s senior management team. You would be responsible for setting the agenda to drive new business, along with creative and delivery, while facilitating and championing innovation and research.

This design and experience creation driven practice would like to receive candidates from diverse experience backgrounds. You will need to have assembled a ‘global excellence’ portfolio along with having established client relationships with the world’s most elite hotel brands, operators and developers. Sectors could include hotel, resorts, masterplanning, civic or mixed use as examples. The role will require international travel to service and build client relationships. The remuneration package is outstanding and aligned with the role as a senior practice leader. Key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for client engagement, business development and winning significant fees for the practice.
  • Manage several projects and teams concurrently.
  • To work within the senior leadership team across practice.
  • Manage the hospitality teams resourcing/practice management duties.

Skills and experience

  • Experience running cutting-edge luxury hospitality global schemes.
  • Luxury hotel & hospitality experience, designing delivering internationally.
  • Knowledge of crafting resident experience and journey.
  • Servicing global clients, hotel brand, developers and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven experience of mentoring and developing your team.
