Multi disciplinary and award winning practice in heart of Manchester looking to bolster up the team in the commercial and residential sectors. This is one of the northern division's of a large national practice with a heritage spanning centuries. This role is to lead a team of experienced architects.  Built environment experts with superb benefits to include a 2 day work from home split and a beautiful studio nestled in iconic city surroundings.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Architect

• Develop design proposals from initial brief through to final stages
• Produce design solutions that are robust, efficient and sustainable
• Participate in design reviews, coordination workshops and multidisciplinary meetings
• Prepare information to support planning applications, building regulations and Building Safety Gateway submissions
• Support the other project leads with design risk management and project document control processes

Skills and Experience

• ARB registration and UK practice experience
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Experience across sectors, ideally including large scale commercial and/or high end residential projects
• Revit experience
• Strong design thinking, technical capability and a collaborative working style
