Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of London’s most internationally recognised architecture practices for Architects at various levels to join their renowned studio in the heart of the City of London. From this global hub, you will play a key role in delivering transformative commercial, residential, and hospitality projects across the Middle East — contributing to landmark developments that are redefining skylines and shaping the cities of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with international design teams on the concept and delivery of high-profile Middle East developments, including commercial towers, large-scale residential schemes, and luxury hospitality projects.
  • Produce high-quality architectural drawings, coordinated technical packages, and compelling 3D visualisations.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors across multiple time zones to achieve exceptional design outcomes.
  • Support projects from early concept through detailed design and construction, ensuring design integrity, technical excellence, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Contribute to presentations, design workshops, and client meetings, confidently communicating ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Stay at the forefront of global design trends, sustainability strategies, and innovative materials shaping architecture across the Middle East.

Skills and Experience

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Experience working on Middle East–based projects is highly desirable.
  • Junior level: 2–5 years post Part II experience (ARB registration desirable).
  • Senior level: 5–8 years post Part II experience with demonstrable project leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with Rhino and other industry-standard design software is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex packages and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
  • A passion for design excellence, sustainability, and culturally responsive architecture.

Benefits & Culture

  • Competitive London-based salary, commensurate with experience.
  • Opportunity to work on prestigious, large-scale international projects shaping major Middle Eastern cities.
  • A collaborative, design-led studio culture that values creativity and innovation.
  • Clear progression pathways, mentorship, and support toward continued professional development.
  • Exposure to global clients and the chance to build an international portfolio from a London base.
