Job Description

This award winning, design led practice recognised for excellence across retrofit, adaptive reuse and workplace design are seeking experienced Architect's to join their team in Manchester. Their achievements reflect the studio’s strong design ethos, technical rigor and commitment to creating impactful, sustainable architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop design proposals from initial brief through to final stages
Produce design solutions that are robust, efficient and sustainable
Participate in design reviews, coordination workshops and multidisciplinary meetings
Prepare information to support planning applications
Support the other practice leads with design risk management and project document control processes

Skills and Experience

ARB registration and UK practice experience
Strong commercial and contractual awareness
Experience across sectors, ideally commercial and/or community, workplace and sustainable environments for reuse.
Revit experience
Strong design thinking, technical capability and a collaborative working style
