Job Description
Join a design-focused, delivery-driven architectural studio working on high-quality bespoke residential projects across London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, hands-on practice with a strong reputation for delivering well-crafted single-family homes and residential extensions. Operating both as a design studio and main contractor, the team offers a unique, end-to-end project experience with a real emphasis on technical delivery and buildability.
They are now looking for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a recently qualified Architect to support on a live residential scheme at Stage 4. This is a highly delivery-focused role, ideal for someone confident working at 1:5 detail level and comfortable navigating later project stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical drawings at Stage 4
- Develop high-quality 1:5 construction details
- Contribute to tender and construction packages
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Collaborate within a small, agile team environment
Skills & Experience
- Part 2 with solid experience or newly qualified Part 3 Architect
- Strong UK residential experience, particularly on extensions or single-family homes
- Experience working through tender and/or construction stages
- Confident producing detailed technical drawings (1:5 and similar scales)
- Proficiency in MicroStation is essential or excellent Revit
- Comfortable working in a smaller, hands-on practice
