You’ll work alongside some of the brightest minds in architecture on high-profile schemes spanning culture, infrastructure, masterplanning, hospitality, and large-scale mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver design concepts through all project stages, from competition and concept design through to tender and construction documentation
  • Produce detailed drawing packages and comprehensive tender documentation to an exceptional technical standard
  • Collaborate closely with senior architects, consultants, and international project teams to maintain design integrity across multiple regions
  • Apply advanced Revit skills to produce accurate, coordinated BIM models in line with international standards
  • Take an active role in client presentations, design workshops and coordination meetings
  • Ensure compliance with relevant international codes, local authority regulations, and project-specific standards

  • Proficiency in Revit essential; Rhino highly desirable
  • Proven experience producing high-quality tender documentation and detailed technical packages
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex design packages on international or Middle East–based projects
  • Strong technical capability, including visualisation and rendering for tender and presentation stages
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary, multinational teams is highly advantageous

Culture & Benefits

  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements
  • Competitive salary reflective of international project exposure
  • Generous annual leave package, plus additional days during holiday periods
  • A collaborative, design-driven studio environment with a diverse, global team
  • Regular team events, knowledge-sharing sessions, and international design workshops
  • Exposure to award-winning, large-scale projects and a truly global portfolio
