Key responsibilities:

• You will be a point of reference for all queries for the project
• Coordinate and resolve any technical issues and over see technical packages and on-site delivery
• Liaise and manage contractors and consultants on and off site.
• The role will mostly focus on RIBA stages 3 - 7 but experience across all is required.
• Mentor, guide and manage junior staff

Skills:

• Ability to manage a small team
• 5+ years of project running experience
• Outstanding technical knowledge and detailed drawing ability
• Experience on listed buildings required
• Able to work independently and in a team
