Job Description

A leading global design firm are currently seeking a strategic Senior Project Manager to join their London studio and work on UK based projects. Known for a collaborative and research-led culture, this practice focuses on high-impact architecture that strengthens communities and addresses complex environmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Project Manager you will oversee large-scale, technically demanding projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Plan and supervise the workflow of a design team
  • Act as the lead representative for clients and consultants with complex requirements
  • Assume responsibility for project performance, internal reporting, and fiscal accountability
  • Develop comprehensive work plans and programmes, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality assurance standards.
  • Support the leadership team in business development, including bid preparation and client presentations
  • Ensure the design intent is successfully executed through a deep understanding of architectural principles and project delivery methodologies

Skills & Experience

  • You will be a highly organised leader with a background in delivering complex, large-scale builds.
  • Science and healthcare experience would be advantageous
  • At least 15 years working in architecture, with a minimum of 8 years focused on project management
  • Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and negotiate contracts
  • BArch or MArch degree (Professional registration/licensure is highly desirable).
  • Familiarity with LEED, BREEAM, or equivalent sustainable accreditation
  • Travel in the UK will be required
  • Strong Revit skills
