An outstanding opportunity is available with one of the world’s most globally recognised design practices. The studio is expanding its infrastructure capability, creating a rare chance to join. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of major rail and transportation infrastructure programmes across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, helping shape the future of regional mobility and large-scale public transport networks.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and produce detailed technical documentation, coordinated BIM models, and comprehensive design packages to support project delivery.
- Liaise closely with engineers, planners, contractors, and clients to ensure infrastructure solutions are technically sound, efficient, and designed with long-term performance in mind.
- Support project stages from early concept and feasibility studies through to detailed design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with relevant international and regional rail standards.
- Participate in design reviews, stakeholder engagement sessions, and client presentations across a range of project locations.
- Contribute to forward-thinking design approaches that prioritise sustainability, passenger experience, operational efficiency, and emerging smart infrastructure technologies.

- 5+ years’ industry experience, with evidence of leading or managing complex infrastructure work packages.
- Strong proficiency in Revit is essential, alongside experience working within BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively with structural, civil, and MEP engineering teams.
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Genuine interest in infrastructure that improves connectivity, sustainability, and long-term urban development.
Benefits & Culture
- Competitive London salary package reflective of experience.
- Opportunity to contribute to landmark rail and transportation schemes.
- Collaborative and technically driven studio environment with strong interdisciplinary expertise.
- Clear opportunities for career progression and continued professional development.
- Exposure to international design standards, complex large-scale programmes, and high-profile global clients.
