Job Description

This well-established multi-sector design practice is seeking a Midweight Interior Designer to lead and contribute to high-end commercial and hospitality projects, with a particular focus on F&B and flagship retail.

The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent client communication skills, and proven experience delivering high-end commercial interiors.

You will play a key role in assisting project teams, coordinating design delivery, and ensuring exceptional design standards across complex environments including luxury retail, flagship stores, multi-unit amenities and premium F&B spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of large-scale commercial and hospitality projects
  • Develop strong design concepts for high-end retail, flagship stores, multi-unit amenities and premium F&B spaces
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to translate briefs into creative, functional interior environments
  • Collaborate with wider project teams to ensure design quality and consistency throughout all stages
  • Present design concepts and ideas confidently to clients and internal teams

Technical Skills

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within commercial, retail or hospitality interior design
  • Strong experience delivering projects through all design stages
  • Advanced Revit essential
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and coordinated design packages
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple project requirements
