Job Description
This studio designs for every stage of life. From workspaces that inspire and neighbourhoods where residents feel truly at home, to masterplans that galvanise communities and blue-light facilities that protect those who serve. This excellent studio is seeking a talented Architect with delivery stage experience, a strong portfolio in residential, commercial and healthcare sectors at varying scales, ideally both in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on a variety of UK-based, commercial, mixed-use and residential projects - both new build and refurbishment.
- Work across all RIBA stages
- Manage projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with external consultants and authorities.
- Daily hands on production of drawing information, design and collaboration
Skills and Experience
- Well-rounded RIBA-registered architect with UK experience across varying scales.
- Design-focused background with an acute attention to detail and passion for exceptional quality in everything you do.
- Good working knowledge of Revit is required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with design team, clients, consultants and local authorities.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- Excellent visual and graphic presentation skills supported by a beautiful portfolio of high quality work
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing critical thinking, thorough design analysis, and strong delivery skills.
