Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across all RIBA stages with a focus on delivery
  • Assist the project lead in developing the design proposals for presentation to the client
  • Assist the project lead in managing the junior team
  • Monito Construction work on site
  • Act as Client interface on project when appropriate
  • Ensure all relevant stakeholders and team member are kept up to date on projects 
  • Coordinate with external consultants and authorities.
  • Daily hands on production of drawing information, design and collaboration
  • Set Agendas and run regular internal and externa design team meetings 
  • Attend site meeting

Skills:

  • Part III qualified or equivalent with a strong academic and professional background.
  • Demonstrated interest in adaptive reuse and sustainability.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing critical thinking, thorough design analysis, and strong delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for your work, with a desire to advance your career.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
