Job Description

This boutique interior design studio specialising in luxury residential projects across the UK and Europe blends refined, understated aesthetics with curated, characterful pieces and with a focus on craftsmanship, context, they create timeless, context-driven interiors.

This role is for a Senior Interior Designer with strong technical expertise to take a leading position within the studio. This role is critical in ensuring technical excellence across projects while mentoring junior team members and supporting overall delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and delivery of high-end residential projects in the Uk and Europe 
  • Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages (plans, elevations, joinery, bespoke detailing)
  • Ensure all technical documentation meets industry standards and is buildable on site
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants
  • Manage project timelines, technical queries, and site issues
  • Oversee and guide FF&E integration within technical frameworks
  • Mentor and support junior and midweight designers
  • Contribute to studio processes, standards, and best practices

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in luxury residential interior design
  • Strong technical background with a focus on detailed design and delivery
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) and SketchUp
  • Excellent knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and joinery
  • Experience liaising directly with contractors and managing site coordination
  • Ability to lead projects independently and problem-solve under pressure
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
  • French language skills beneficial but not essential
