Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician - Science, Education & Healthcare Projects

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading, multidisciplinary architecture practice known for its work on large-scale institutional projects. With a strong reputation for technical excellence, the studio delivers innovative, highly serviced buildings that respond to complex user and operational requirements.

Their London team is seeking an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician to support the technical delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3-6. You’ll be working within a collaborative environment on complex schemes, focusing on technical design, coordination, specifications, and construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the technical delivery of projects across science, education, and healthcare sectors
  • Develop and produce detailed Revit models and coordinated technical drawing packages
  • Lead on specifications using NBS Chorus
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
  • Assist with site coordination and monitor construction progress

Skills & Experience

  • Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician with 5+ years’ experience in a UK practice
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit / BIM workflows (essential)
  • Experience using NBS Chorus for specifications
  • Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong technical knowledge across RIBA Stages 3-6
  • Site experience and confidence reviewing contractor information and construction progress
