Job Description

This is a contract role centered on delivering high-quality Revit documentation for a multi-unit residential project. If you're technically minded and thrive in a collaborative setting, this could be a great fit.

This well-established studio is known for its design-led approach and considered architecture across residential and urban typologies. They’re now seeking someone who can confidently contribute to the technical delivery of a complex residential scheme, working alongside a supportive and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive Revit documentation for a multi-residential development
  • Collaborate with the internal design team to support project milestones and delivery goals
  • Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to ensure the design is executed to a high standard
  • Work across design development through to construction documentation phases
  • Uphold accuracy and consistency across all technical output

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
  • 5-10 years’ professional experience, ideally with a background in multi-unit housing
  • Advanced Revit skills are essential
  • Strong technical drafting and detailing capability
  • Solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to project work
  • An appreciation for thoughtful, sustainable design
