Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading international design-led furniture specialist to find a highly organised Bid Coordinator to support winning new projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with Bid, Marketing and Consultancy teams to produce high-quality proposals, presentations and bid materials, while ensuring templates, content and case studies remain fresh, on-brand and impactful.

This opportunity stands out for its excellent benefits and culture, including up to a 20% bonus, hybrid working, early finishes in the summer, a sociable and buzzy office environment with regular events, provided food, and clear opportunities for growth and development

Responsibilities

  • Support the Bid Manager in producing high-quality bid documents and proposals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Coordinate with consultancy teams and stakeholders to create and format content for bids, RFPs, RFQs and presentations
  • Manage and maintain bid templates and materials, ensuring they are up to date, accessible and on brand
  • Work closely with project leads to deliver submissions on time and ensure all documentation is accurate and properly stored

Requirements

  • Good technical knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Pro
  • A flexible working attitude with an appreciation that this isn’t your usual 9 to 5 role; there will be times extra work is required to meet project deadlines
  • An eye for editorial detail and graphic consistency across materials

Benefits

  • Friendly, sociable open-plan office environment
  • Enhanced holiday allowance (1 extra day per year of service, up to 5 years)
  • Workplace pension
  • Cycle to Work / Bike 2 Work scheme
  • Flexible working options
  • Additional annual leave day on your birthday
  • Employee social events throughout the year
  • Private healthcare plan
  • Monthly “take-in” lunches
  • Kitchen stocked with snacks, fruit & breakfast items
  • Several clubs and committees to get involved in
  • One paid volunteering day per year
  • Dog-friendly office
