Job Description

Are you a professional, detail-oriented, and approachable People Manager looking to lead business-critical initiative? 

This is a true generalist role where you will partner with leadership to shape an inclusive, high-performing, creative workplace. Based in a vibrant Central London office you will also oversee HR functions for satellite offices in the Middle East, and collaborate with the global People teams in Europe and North America.

This is a fully office-based role where working together in person is essential for fostering strong collaboration and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with London leadership to align People initiatives with business goals, focusing on development and retention.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance of all practices for UK employment and immigration law; lead disciplinary and grievance processes per ACAS guidelines.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, GDPR-compliant data, and immigration processes.
  • Design and deliver internal training and learning programs.
  • Oversee the London People budget, mentor a People Assistant and report on people metrics (engagement, turnover, etc.) to provide actionable insights.

Skills & Experience 

  • Experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally within a creative or related
  • CIPD Level 5 or Level 7
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law; familiarity with UAE or Saudi Arabian law is a plus
  • Data-driven, highly organise, and strong communicator
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
