Job Description

We’re working with an internationally recognised, multidisciplinary creative studio operating at the intersection of art, architecture, and technology, known for delivering innovative, large-scale installations worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Studio Manager to join a highly collaborative team, where you’ll play a key role in overseeing project resourcing, tracking workloads, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to an exceptional standard. Alongside this, you’ll help foster a positive and inspiring studio culture, supporting and motivating a talented team while contributing to the delivery of ambitious, creative work.

Responsibilities:

Resource management
HR management
Operations, system and procedures
New business
EA support

Requirements:

Practice management experience within the design industry
Experience with CRM software (ex: Pipedrive, Salesforce or equivalent)
Proven experience with project / resourcing management software such as Teamgantt, Harvest / Forecast.
