We’re looking for a hands-on, practical Maintenance Person who takes pride in getting stuck in, solving problems, and supporting our venues day to day. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look the same.

The Works
As a Maintenance Person, you’ll play a key role in keeping our venues safe, compliant and looking their best.
You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks including:
- Basic electrical repairs and fault finding
- Basic plumbing work
- Basic joinery and general repairs
- Planned and reactive maintenance across venues
- Supporting venue teams with day-to-day maintenance issues
This is a role where you’ll need to be comfortable getting stuck into whatever is needed on the day, including:
- Washing out bins and maintaining back of house areas
- Clearing car parks and external spaces
- General upkeep of buildings and surroundings
- Supporting with larger maintenance jobs
- Responding to urgent issues, from leaks to roof repairs
Who We’re Looking For
Brings a solid all-round understanding of maintenance and handyman tasks
Enjoys being on the move, jumping between jobs and solving problems quickly
Takes real pride in fixing issues efficiently and keeping venues smart, safe and guest-ready
Has a strong work ethic with a no job too small attitude
Is organised and able to manage tasks across multiple venues
Communicates well with teams and managers
Is flexible and happy working across different locations
Clean Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
