As we continue to grow, including expanding into venues with rooms we are looking for a New Openings Deputy Manager to play a key role in bringing new [Employer hidden] venues to life.

The Works (Responsibilities)

As New Openings Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and the openings team to support the successful delivery of new venues across [Employer hidden].

From pre-opening set up to launch and beyond, you will help create high-performing teams, embed [Employer hidden] standards, and ensure every venue is ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience from day one.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, bringing energy, structure and strong leadership to every opening.

In this role, you will..

• Support the delivery of new venue openings, from set up through to launch and beyond
• Lead and support teams on the ground, ensuring readiness across people, product and environment
• Be able to support with training, inductions and onboarding for new team members
• Coach and develop teams to build confidence, capability and consistency
• Embed [Employer hidden] service standards, creating energy, theatre and a strong guest experience
• Maintain high standards in quality, service, safety and compliance
• Adapt quickly across different venues, teams and operational challenges
• Support newly acquired venues, helping maintain stability and introduce [Employer hidden] ways of working
• Play a key role in the transition from opening into a stable, high-performing operation
• Be a driver with access to your own veichle

• An experienced hospitality leader in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A confident trainer and coach who enjoys developing others
• Adaptable, organised and thrives in new and changing environments
• Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A natural leader who brings energy, pace and a positive attitude
• Detail-focused, with high standards and a hands-on approach
• Passionate about delivering great guest experiences and building strong teams
