The Works (Responsibilities)

As New Openings Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and the openings team to support the successful delivery of new venues across [Employer hidden].

From pre-opening set up to launch and beyond, you will help create high-performing teams, embed [Employer hidden] standards, and ensure every venue is ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience from day one.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, bringing energy, structure and strong leadership to every opening.

In this role, you will..

  • Support the delivery of new venue openings, from set up through to launch and beyond
  • Lead and support teams on the ground, ensuring readiness across people, product and environment
  • Be able to support with training, inductions and onboarding for new team members
  • Coach and develop teams to build confidence, capability and consistency
  • Embed [Employer hidden] service standards, creating energy, theatre and a strong guest experience
  • Maintain high standards in quality, service, safety and compliance
  • Adapt quickly across different venues, teams and operational challenges
  • Support newly acquired venues, helping maintain stability and introduce [Employer hidden] ways of working
  • Play a key role in the transition from opening into a stable, high-performing operation
  • Be a driver with access to your own veichle
