Term: 3 year term

Remuneration: This is a voluntary position, travel expenses will be reimbursed

About the Role

We are looking for a committee member, who would be happy to commit to monthly meetings for a minimum three-year term. We are committed to building an Impact Committee that is diverse, inclusive and able to identify with the challenges faced by charities and social enterprises, including accessing funding.

We are looking for committee members with one or more of the following skills:

  • Significant experience in lending/investment (early stage, social investment, impact investing, high-risk);
  • Significant experience of delivering, evaluating and scaling social impact;
  • Charity/social enterprise leadership experience (CEO, finance director or other senior position, board member, particularly if you have experience of investment);
  • Experience in grantmaking.

Terms of Appointment

The Impact Committee meets monthly (except for August). Papers are circulated prior to meetings and will require review ahead of meetings.

Meetings are in-person in our London office, hybrid format available on occasion.

We ask committee members to commit to a minimum three-year term, with the potential for an extension for a further three years.
