Job Description

Monday to Friday | Day Shifts | No Weekend or Bank Holiday Working | Excellent Career Growth

The Opportunity

Join our Southampton team in a varied, hands-on role supporting branches across Central and the South of England. No two days are the same as you travel to a wide range of customer sites, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

You'll safely collect and exchange non-hazardous, low-hazard and hazardous industrial waste, helping customers remain compliant while contributing to a safer, cleaner environment.

Backed by a supportive team, you'll receive full training from day one, along with ongoing development and support to achieve your ADR licence as you progress.

This role includes up to three nights away per week, with all hotel accommodation fully provided.

Job Role

  • Complete 9-11 customer site visits per day, collecting and exchanging non-hazardous, low-hazard and hazardous industrial waste streams.
  • Safely load and unload drums and containers onto and from your vehicle.
  • Build positive relationships with customers across a wide range of industries.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager and customers to meet operational requirements and resolve queries.
  • Use handheld tablets and CRM systems to manage your daily route, service delivery and workload.

What We're Looking For

  • A full, clean UK driving licence.
  • A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
  • Someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers and building trusted relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Waste industry experience is not essential - full training will be provided.
