Job Description

Our Level 3 Apprenticeship will provide you with fully funded, structured training to improve your practice as a teaching assistant and learn valuable skills.

• Gain a nationally recognised Level 3 apprenticeship at no cost to you.
• Receive training bespoke to the setting.
• Develop an understanding of how to actively support the class teacher.
• Build confidence supporting SEN.
• Contribute to planning, class activities and team meetings.
• Access to an in-school mentor.
