HLTA/Specialist Staff for Highly Specialist Provision
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking positive, hardworking, diligent, and trustworthy individuals to support young people with complex and severe learning conditions and disabilities. The role requires enthusiasm, a willingness to adapt current skills, and a desire to become an expert in the special education sector. These are pro-rata positions for 39 weeks a year, term time only, with a salary scale from 5-20 (£14.85 – £18.66 per hour) based on knowledge, qualifications, and experience.

We are seeking positive, hardworking, diligent and trustworthy people that will help us make a difference for the life outcomes of young people, all of whom have complex and severe learning conditions and disabilities. They need someone Special too – does this describe you?
We are especially looking for keen, enthusiastic people with a zest for life, interested in extending their current skills and knowledge and who want to become experts in our sector. We require people who can adapt their current knowledge/skills/interests/training to a new special context. We are improving upon our rich offer for our high-need students and we want people who can willingly bring themselves to the party. We have some incredibly creative and wonderful staff and want them to have flexible intelligent colleagues to enhance the life chances of all our community.
