We’re looking for a Paid Social Lead who thrives in a high-performance environment and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of paid social at [Employer hidden]. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just manage campaigns - but owns performance, influences creative direction, and is excited by how AI is redefining the way we work. You’ll lead our Paid Social function, working closely with our Head of Paid Media, while managing and developing a growing team. You’ll partner with ambitious, fast-scaling brands - helping them unlock growth through smarter strategy, sharper creative, and more intelligent use of data and technology.
What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into
- Driving performance through Paid Social: You’ll take ownership of paid social strategy and activation across a portfolio of clients - ensuring campaigns are not only well executed, but continuously evolving to deliver stronger results. From platform strategy and account structure to testing frameworks and budget allocation, you’ll be responsible for building systems that scale.
- Leading creative strategy (this is critical): At [Employer hidden], we believe Paid Social performance is driven by creative. You’ll work at the intersection of media and creative - guiding clients on what actually works in-platform. That means: Shaping creative strategy across Meta, TikTok and beyond. Helping clients produce better-performing assets at scale (often hundreds per month). Translating data into clear, actionable creative insights - hooks, formats, messaging, CTAs. Partnering with creative and influencer teams to continuously raise the bar. We’re looking for someone who can speak confidently and passionately about creative performance - not just media buying.
- Embedding AI into how we work: AI is a core part of how we’re building the future of [Employer hidden]. We already have strong foundations - from AI agents to workflow automation - and we’re looking for someone who is excited to push this further. You don’t need to have all the answers. But you do need to: Actively use AI tools to improve efficiency and output. Explore new tools, platforms and workflows with curiosity. Think about how AI can enhance campaign performance, creative testing and reporting. Bring energy and ideas into how we evolve as an AI-enabled agency. This is as much about mindset as it is about experience.
- Leading and building a high-performing team: You’ll lead and develop our Paid Social team - setting the standard for how we work. This includes: Line managing and mentoring Paid Social Managers and Executives. Creating a culture of accountability, curiosity and continuous improvement. Building development plans and helping individuals reach their potential. Reviewing output and ensuring consistently high standards. We’re a growing business, so you’ll also play a key role in shaping the future structure and capability of the team.
- Partnering with clients: You’ll act as a strategic partner to our clients - bringing clarity, confidence and commercial thinking to every interaction. From performance reviews to growth planning, you’ll help clients understand what’s working, what’s next, and where to invest.
What We're Looking For
We’re less focused on “perfect backgrounds” and more focused on how you think and how you show up. That said, you’ll likely bring:
- Strong experience leading Paid Social for performance-focused, consumer brands (D2C ideal)
- Deep platform expertise across Meta and TikTok (others a bonus)
- A proven track record of driving customer acquisition and scalable growth
- Confidence in shaping and leading creative strategy for paid social
- Experience managing and developing a team
- A naturally analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into action
