FULL DESCRIPTION

Head of Care and DDSL Safeguarding

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a new permanent Head of Care. Must be fully qualified and have substantial experience of working with children with complex health care needs and learning difficulties. This is both a senior management team and support post that will include working across the residential and school services.

Must have appropriate professional qualifications and experience for this role which is similar to a Registered manager of childrens home. Must be familiar with residential care standards and able to lead a dedicated team of staff to high professional standards.

Mulberry Tree House is inspected annually under the Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF) for Residential Special Schools under the Ofsted framework for Social care. We have a brand new facility designed to meet modern requirements.
