Role
We are seeking a Sales Channel & Affiliates Manager to drive growth for TeamMate through a partner-led sales model covering the Netherlands and Nordics. This role focuses on new business acquisition and account development within a defined large‑enterprise customer base
You will be responsible for developing, managing and executing sales plans with key business partners to grow and maintain an indirect channels business. Represents the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support
You will be part of a collaborative EMEA sales team of approximately 14 sales professionals, working remotely and reporting into regional sales leadership
Drive revenue growth for TeamMate via a single strategic sales partner responsible for pre‑sales and after‑sales delivery
Support the Partner to effectively manage clients in the region i.e. Sales & Implementations process
Maintain post-sales contact with approximately 75 customers across the Netherlands and Nordics to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationships
Manage complex, long‑cycle enterprise sales from pipeline generation through close
Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with customers in large enterprises, government, financial services, and consultancy organizations
Lead legal and contractual negotiations, working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company
Development and execution of sales strategy for new business development and existing accounts
Lead outbound sales activities including prospecting, account planning, and participation in industry conferences and events
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
Lead commercial negotiations and manage multi‑stakeholder decision processes
Travel to and attend conferences, events and customer meetings as required (once every two months)
Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Extensive experience in Sales / Account Management and Partner Management (3+ years)
- Native‑level English proficiency, other languages would be beneficial
- Proven experience in international B2B enterprise software sales
- Demonstrated success in complex sales environments with large organizations
- Experience working with sales partners or channel‑based sales models
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and forecasting skills
- Structured, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment
