- Ideally, you have strong, demonstrable experience within Category Marketing, ideally with experience Ideally within Beauty Fashion or FMCG
- Creative and unorthodox thinker, able to push projects forward in an unstructured environment
- Ability to work under pressure, work to pace and prioritise effectively. You are creative and solution oriented, with a results driven mindset
- You are proactive, a confident communicator, proactive and able to influence and communicate your point of view
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership and performance tracking. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight and action!

What the job involves
- We have an exciting opportunity to hire an ambitious, passionate, and driven UK Assistant Marketing Manager!
- The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering best in class marketing campaigns for both new store openings and new product launches to maximise brand awareness and customer loyalty
- In line with company objectives you will support the continued growth plans for the [Employer hidden] brand, expanding the brand presence and driving performance!
- Develop, Drive and Implement promotional campaigns and measure results
- Lead the launch of the [Employer hidden] brand in new stores and regions across the UK
- Budget management, deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget
- Work alongside product development team to incorporate promotions after product is complete
- Offer creative support as well as administrative support to the marketing department
- Act as the point of contact for all marketing related queries
- Create and cross check the marketing communications as well as contribute to and preparation of marketing reports
- You will report into our wonderful Head of Marketing, UK & ANZ, sitting in our UK & ANZ Marketing team
- You will work closely alongside Retail Marketing, Commercial, Global Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, Media, Ecommerce and key retail partners
