Alta Solutions Sales Executive
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Solutions is seeking an Alta Solutions Sales Executive for their South Europe region, based in Spain. This role involves supporting field sales teams to close Avigilon Alta Video sales across channel partners and end-user customers. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, supporting partnerships with Security Integrators, and driving adoption of company programs. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of B2B technology/physical security sales experience, proficiency in cloud-based video security and VMS, and fluent English and Spanish.
About the Role
We are currently seeking an Alta Solutions Sales Executive for our South Europe region to be located in Spain
The Alta Solutions Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting our [Employer hidden] Solutions Enterprise South Europe field sales teams to close Avigilon Alta Video sales across their channel partners and end-user customers
The person will help support partnerships with Security Integrators, and assist them on client opportunities
This role is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and customer recruitment objectives and represents the entire range of Alta Video lines and services to assigned sales channels and customers within their regions
The Alta Solutions Sales Executive has a dual reporting structure, reporting a dotted line to the local in-country sales leadership and a direct line to the sales leader of the Avigilon Alta Product line manager
Supports the local sales reps with all Alta Video opportunities
Prospects, qualifies, and develops new customer relationships both within partner and end-user communities
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the assigned region
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including sales, pre sales, tech support, training, and management resources, in order to meet channel performance objectives and customer expectations
Drives adoption of company programs among assigned region customers
Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering Leadership to Identify, build, and execute go-to-market programs and solutions to meet the customer needs within region and vertical markets
Participates in tradeshows
Who you are
- We are looking for independent territory leaders who are self-managing
- Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business technology/physical security sales environment with a track record of success
- Proven track-record of territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, presentation skills, client relationships, and a self-starter attitude
- Proficient knowledge of cloud-based video security, VMS, and/or building automation products
- Experience in selling enterprise solutions
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Effective understanding of the Overlay culture and environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Independent hunter and entrepreneur
- University degree required
- Must have a valid drivers' license with a clean record
- All prospective employees must pass a background check
- This position requires travel
