Who you are
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in-house recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Fluent English
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Passive candidate sourcing experience

What the job involves
We are currently offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our vibrant and dynamic team at [Employer hidden] Solutions
This position is a part of the EMEA and APAC Talent Acquisition Organisation supporting hiring efforts across a diverse range of nearly 50 locations
The role is based in the Cambridge and will require you to work onsite 4-5 days per week
This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader UK & Ireland
- Setting up and executing recruitment strategies
- Being the first point of contact for the business area/line managers
- Managing the full life cycle of recruitment activities such as direct sourcing, consulting, negotiations, and on-boarding
- Working proactively with HRBPs and business managers to understand recruitment needs and to formulate recruitment plans
- Researching innovative recruitment strategies and developing creative solutions to generate high-quality CVs
- Providing subject matter expertise to hiring communities around the total end-to-end staffing solution and market conditions
- Coaching line managers on recruitment policies including selection process and interviewing techniques
- Managing branding activities to increase MSI brand awareness locally and within the EMEA region
