1-5 days a week in office (Old Street, London)
About the role
At [Employer hidden], we don’t just sell software; we digitise the physical world
As our Field Marketing Lead, you are the architect of our offline community
Your goal is to turn "Land" into "Expand" by creating high-value touchpoints that move our customers from initial users to lifelong advocates
You will own the physical stage, from intimate C-suite dinners to our flagship User Days, ensuring every interaction feels as innovative as our technology
Customer Advocacy Programs
Design and execute our Customer Advisory Board (CAB), turning our most influential users into strategic partners who shape our product roadmap
Intimate Executive Events
Own the end-to-end strategy for "Land and Expand" breakfasts, dinners or workshops. You’ll curate the guest list with Sales/CS and create environments where our customers can share digital transformation wins
Flagship User Days
Lead the annual User Day, shifting it from a "training session" to a high-production "Innovation Summit" that celebrates customer success and reveals new expansion opportunities
High-Impact Tradeshows
Move beyond the "booth and a banner." You will curate [Employer hidden]’s presence at major industry shows, focusing on speaking slots, live demos, and VIP fringe events
Bridge to Sales & CS
Work daily with BDRs and Account Managers to identify which accounts are ready for a "nudge" via a field activity
You aren't a "team of one." You’ll be working with a specialised marketing machine:
- Content & video: You’ll work with the content strategist and videographer to capture live testimonials at your events to fuel the next campaign
- Design & brand: Our marketing designer will ensure your event environments look world-class
- Operations: marTech/ops support you on handling the backend (invites, RSVP tracking, and attribution) so you can focus on the guest experience
- Demand: Our digital growth lead and BDR will help you drive the right traffic to your event and post event follow-up
Who you are
- An orchestrator: You have 4+ years in Field Marketing or Customer Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or civil infrastructure
- Builds relationships: You’re comfortable talking "Digital Twins" with a CTO over dinner and "Site Productivity" with a Project Manager on a construction site
- ROI obsessive: You understand that an event isn't successful because it looked "nice" or was well attended , it’s successful because it accelerated a deal or expanded an account
- High-agency: You don't wait for a playbook; you write it. You are comfortable managing a budget and negotiating with external vendors
- Technically fluent & agile: You aren't afraid of the stack. You know how to leverage modern tools to create 'mind-blowing' digital-to-physical experiences and can pivot your strategy in 24 hours if a market opportunity shifts
- A brand ambassador: You are as comfortable on a stage or a webinar as you are behind the scenes. You embody [Employer hidden]’s energy and authority in every environment
