Who you are
- Fluent to professional level in both German and English
- Based commutable distance from either of our London or Paris offices
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Ideally some experience in sales, customer success, or a related client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate CRM records, be organized
What the job involves
- Inbound Lead Management: Respond to and qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively, generating opportunities for Account Executives
- Qualification & Discovery: Conduct structured calls to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and determine business fit based on [Employer hidden]’s ICP and value proposition
- Outbound Support: Assist in basic outbound prospecting activities using templates, research, and personalization
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Log all activity, notes, and touchpoints accurately in Salesforce; maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure proper follow-ups
- Collaboration: Work closely with AEs, marketing, Partners and growth teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accelerate pipeline conversion
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate coachability, accept feedback openly, and adapt to new processes and messaging with guidance
