Salary: £35.7k - £43k OTE

Work Type: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office)

Experience Level: Entry and Junior level

Who you are

  • A degree in any discipline (preferably STEM based)
  • A problem solver with technical know how
  • Programming/Automation (Vision Experience) preferable but not essential
  • Some experience in teaching/training/public speaking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Eligibility to work in the UK by 1st July 2026

What the job involves

  • 2 Office Days based out of our Birmingham office
  • 3 Field Days, with travel expected throughout UK and Ireland depending on business needs
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to qualify customer requirements and create technical proposals
  • Provide technical consultancy to customers pre and post sales including demonstrations, proofs of concept and pilot projects
  • Troubleshoot technical enquiries and, where necessary, lead onsite support and handover to internal teams
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and strong relationships by technical approach
  • Support new business activities including customer research, outreach and qualifying leads in collaboration with sales colleagues
  • Testing difficult application with Sales Engineer and prepare client proposals, presentations and training tailored to customer needs
