Who you are

  • 4–8 years in enterprise partnerships or B2B sales, with recent success closing five-figure, multi-year agreements
  • Proven navigation of enterprise sales motions: multi-threading, business casing, RFPs, InfoSec, legal negotiation and procurement
  • Comfortable building and presenting data-driven proposals to execs; fluent with CRM hygiene (Hubspot) and forecasting
  • Thrive in autonomy; set pace and quality bar for the team

What the job involves

  • Own the full enterprise partnerships lifecycle: prospect, pitch, negotiate and close six-figure, multi-year agreements with global brands
  • Map and penetrate target accounts at exec level (Early Careers, HR, CFO, COO), building multi-threaded relationships across procurement and legal to accelerate large-scale deals
  • Run a rigorous consultative sales process: quantify business cases, build ROI models, navigate RFPs, InfoSec and legal reviews, and co-design partnerships with measurable hiring outcomes
  • Structure, price and negotiate complex SOWs and MSAs, closing multi-year agreements with clear success criteria, expansion triggers and executive governance
  • Act as a sector voice for social mobility: keynote at industry forums, publish insight pieces using our unique data, and host partner roundtables to generate qualified pipeline
  • Partner closely with Account Managers to co-own account plans, hand over cleanly post-signature, and stay engaged through QBRs to drive expansion and referrals
  • Bring quantified partner requirements into Product prioritisation, validating features through enterprise pilots and building commercial cases for roadmap bets
