Job Description

The Strategist will play a pivotal role within [Employer hidden] Creative, acting as the voice of the customer and bringing strategic rigour to creative ideas and campaigns

The role requires close collaboration with creative, media, research, and commercial teams to shape messaging frameworks, communication ecosystems, and tactical briefs that drive brand and business performance

The Strategist will influence work across CRM, sponsorship, TV, social, and emerging channels, ensuring our creative output connects with audiences in the right way, at the right time

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning for integrated campaigns, translating business objectives and audience insight into clear communication strategies
  • Partner with research and commercial teams to interpret consumer behaviour, trends, and media consumption patterns
  • Develop compelling creative briefs that inspire teams while maintaining brand consistency
  • Shape campaign ecosystems across multiple touchpoints, ensuring alignment between creative and media
  • Provide strategic input into campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities and continuous improvement

Who you are

  • Proven experience in strategy, planning, or communications within an integrated or in-house agency environment
  • Strong understanding of TTL marketing, consumer journeys, and channel roles
  • Confidence building integrated frameworks and end-to-end communication ecosystems
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure
