Account Executive

£46-58k OTE, £38-45k BASE

2-4 days a week in office

Who you are

  • We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or in an early-stage AE position with a successful track record
  • You will be able to show a successful track record of meeting targets, but not necessarily in a closing role. We are also open to newly promoted AEs who are looking to sell something new and exciting!
  • Experience in prospecting with a proven track record of generating pipelines and contributing towards closing new business revenue
  • You have experience with outbound sales, from researching accounts and identifying key contracts to building targeted messaging
  • You’re comfortable operating in a small team, yet global environment and are able to adapt, be flexible and collaborative
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in Sales, with a proven ability selling software solutions tailored to their prospect’s business needs
  • Innovative, creative individual who is not afraid to go the extra mile in their outreach

What the job involves

  • You'll be a member of the Sales team- managing a 360 sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management and delivering a thorough end-to-end sales process
  • Finding great companies for us to connect with, so that we can help even more candidates to secure their dream job
  • You’ll be reporting to our UK Team Lead, Nicola, collaborating with the wider Revenue Org. Your goal will be to help solve frustrations with the current Talent market
  • You’ll be actively generating new opportunities through outbound efforts. You will also manage and close inbound leads, as they come in. A track record of success in converting both inbound and outbound opportunities is key
  • You’ll test and iterate on ideas to create a high quality pipeline, while ensuring we anticipate, manage and influence companies that aren’t ready to commit today

  • Values interview to discuss what you would bring to the role, how you would embody our values, and any final questions from you (45 mins)
