About the Role

You will be responsible for managing our creator community and ensuring our social media presence runs smoothly day to day.

Your work will involve supporting creators during onboarding, keeping them on track with tasks and deadlines, responding to questions, and maintaining regular communication. You will monitor activity, send reminders and updates, and help ensure the community remains engaged and organised

You will manage the social media content calendar, create and publish posts using Canva, after agreed with the founder and marketing team, respond to comments and messages, and ensure content is posted consistently and on time.

You will coordinate content from creators, support campaigns and launches, and help maintain a clear and professional brand presence across platforms

Who you are

  • Experience in managing social media accounts or online communities. You must understand posting workflows, engagement, and platform dynamics.
  • Strong organisational skills - This role is coordination-heavy (creators, content, reminders, deadlines)
  • Reliable and responsive communication. We need someone who replies, follows up, and keeps things moving without being chased
  • Ability to create basic visual content using Canva (or similar)
  • Experience drafting and publishing social media content. You should be comfortable writing captions and scheduling posts.
  • Comfort using digital tools - Scheduling tools, shared documents, messaging platforms.
  • Attention to detail - Important for posting accuracy, brand consistency, and creator coordination.

  • Experience working with creators or influencers
  • Experience in a startup or early-stage company
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics
  • Experience running campaigns or launches
  • Experience moderating or managing online communities
