About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, builder-first PM to join us at the ground floor of this mission. You're a builder. Not a bureaucrat, not a spec writer, a builder! You think in prototypes, move fast, and get your hands into the tech stack without needing to be asked. Love building in ambiguity and have the grit to iterate your way to clarity. Get genuinely excited about AI! not the hype, but the real, practical use cases that change how people work. Are comfortable owning a problem end-to-end: from customer insight to shipped feature. Have strong opinions, loosely held, you can defend a decision and update your view when the data says otherwise. Want to be part of something early-stage and help shape how it scales.
- The Builder Mindset: Experience in early-stage, agile, or startup environments. You're industrious, curious, and thrive in rapid, iterative build cycles
- Building Skills: Hands-on experience building prototypes using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, or similar. This is non-negotiable for this role
- B2B Edge: Prior experience in B2B or B2B2C product management is preferred, but we value adaptability if you come from a high-growth B2C background
- Technical Craft: Familiarity with full-stack environments (ideally AWS and React). You can navigate the stack and speak credibly with engineering teams
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to sell a vision to a room of stakeholders and influence across disciplines, from engineers to senior leadership
What the job involves
[Employer hidden] is now doubling down hard on AI and we've just launched a groundbreaking AI Adoption Platform to lead the charge. You'll be joining the Adoption AI Team: a small, high-velocity squad operating like a startup inside [Employer hidden]. We're building a category-defining product from scratch, leveraging our massive customer base and IP to deliver personalised, role-specific AI use cases to the enterprise. Our MVP already showed 10x adoption results in early pilots. Now we're building the engine to scale it to the world, and that's where you come in. We're building a full suite of products that enable AI Transformation for businesses, unlocking the real power of AI across the enterprise workforce. These aren't roadmap items, they're greenfield builds that will define how organisations adopt AI at scale. You'll be one of two PMs on this squad, working under our Senior PM, and paired with a dedicated engineering pod, a supercharged engineer equipped with cutting-edge AI coding tools to massively accelerate the build velocity. This isn't a 'features and tickets' kind of role. You'll be prototyping, shipping, learning fast, and repeating.
In your first 6 months, you'll:
- Move from MVP to Scale: Take our high-performing pilot and help build out our initial core product, before expanding into the wider platform suite
- Vibe Code & Prototype: This is a builder role. You'll use AI tools to build & test prototypes in real time alongside your engineering team. Non-negotiable
- Work With Your Engineering Pod: You'll be paired with a dedicated engineer. Together you'll move fast: you prototype, they build, both of you ship
- Influence Across Disciplines: Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and senior leadership to define how the world adopts AI

- AI to Deliver Outcomes: AI is our engine, for our product and for how you work. You treat Ai tools as core parts of your toolkit, not optional extras
- Outcome-Driven Delivery: You consistently make the right technical trade-offs to deliver customer value quickly, without sacrificing quality
