Who you are

  • Experience as Office Manager, Workplace Ops or Event Manager in a start-up or scale-up (+4 years minimum)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or ticketing systems supporting employee requests
  • You must be fluent in English and French (this is a strong requirement)
  • Have a service mindset
  • Are able to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Keep discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Have a positive attitude and strong work ethics
  • Have a passion for building and maintaining a community within the office space

What the job involves

As our Workplace Ops based in London, you will be in charge of the daily life logistics of our London's office

You will also work on supporting the logistics of other offices in EMEA, as we expand in different countries

You will report directly to our Workplace Lead, based in Paris

  1. Maintain and develop a nice and friendly work atmosphere for all Mistralers
  2. Ensure our London office is up and running
  3. Help EMEA colleagues in their office maintenance
  4. Act as the go-to-person for all questions related to the office
  5. Develop our culture helping with the organization of activities, meetings, and other community events
  6. Deal with internal and external stakeholders
  7. Suppliers : food provider, maintenance, cleaning, access
  8. Visitors : welcoming, mails, deliveries
  9. Serve as the onsite point of contact for maintenance visits, shipping, mailing, deliveries, and inventory management
