Who you are
- Deep experience in growth marketing with a track record of using initiatives to drive growth across multiple areas of marketing
- Deep understanding of different growth areas: paid advertising, organic, measurement, budget allocation, virality, CRM, ASO, AEO, onboarding
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial knowledge who can also execute when needed. Should comfortably be able to ladder goals to a P&L
- Experience in scaled marketing with budgets > $100 million
- A strong people leader with experience building high-performing teams
- Creative, curious, and proactive— love experimenting to unlock new growth
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to supercharge Cleo’s user growth and lead our next chapter of acquisition and diversification
- The role will own the strategy across Growth Marketing, using AI, creativity, and data to deliver sustainable scale
- This role will lead a team of 20+ channel managers, engineers, analysts and data scientists, working closely with our growth marketing creative studio and managing a multi-million monthly marketing budget
- Owning Cleo’s new user growth, growth marketing strategy and seven-figure monthly advertising budget
- Driving results against key KPIs: new users, LTV: CPA, and diversification targets
- Expanding growth levers beyond paid—testing virality, CRM, and brand advertising
- Harnessing AI to sharpen decision-making, automate workflows, and fuel creativity
- Partnering with Product, Data, and Creative to build stand-out campaigns and growth loops
- Leading and coaching a high-performing growth team
