CCAP Support Scientist
The role will support our CCAP activities, which include the supply of sterile media, the responsibility for media orders, the management of the wash-up room and maintenance of chemical lists. In addition, the role will also support CCAP ARIES Centre activities, and other CCAP activities as required, whilst following procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
We are looking for an individual who will bring enthusiasm to their work, using excellent organisational skills to balance the different CCAP activities. The individual must be able to prioritize workload, problem solve and some microbiology or laboratory experience will be favourable.
Job Details
- Location: SAMS, Oban
- Contract Type: Fixed term - 24 months
- Working Pattern: Full Time - 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday
- Salary: Grade 3 £25,878 per annum
