SEO Specialist

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking an SEO Specialist to join their international team. The role involves executing SEO activities for the immigrantinvest.com website and managing individual company websites. Responsibilities include on-page and technical SEO, keyword research, backlink analysis, technical audits, competitor analysis, content brief creation, performance monitoring, reporting, and process automation. The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of SEO experience, proficiency in key SEO tools, and strong English and Russian language skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-page and technical SEO optimization of website pages to improve rankings and user experience
  • Collect and analyze semantic cores for target markets, identifying high-impact keyword opportunities
  • Analyze backlink profiles and execute link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues affecting performance and indexation
  • Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance
  • Create detailed briefs and technical requirements for copywriters to ensure SEO-driven content production
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and key SEO metrics, identifying trends and optimization opportunities
  • Prepare regular reports on SEO performance with clear, actionable insights
  • Automate SEO processes and workflows using AI tools, with a focus on improving efficiency and scalability

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in SEO (in-house or agency)
  • English – B1+ or higher; Russian – B2+ or higher
  • Proficiency in key SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with on-page and technical SEO optimization
  • Experience in developing and executing link-building strategies
  • Experience working with multilingual SEO
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively across multiple tasks
  • High level of responsibility and accountability for results
  • Strong attention to detail, perseverance, and consistency in execution
  • Diligence and thoroughness in handling both strategic and routine tasks
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive improvements

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages
  • Experience promoting websites in international markets
