About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with service users with a complex mental health or learning disabilities diagnosis. The successful applicant would have demonstrated experience in the following:
- Supporting people with challenging behaviours including learning disabilities, mental health problems, epilepsy, etc
- Ability and willingness to provide personal care and support activities of daily living in a residential and supported living settings
- Supporting people with complex needs
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Strong Communication skills
- Satisfactory background checks
