[Employer hidden] was born in a little coffee shop in Balham in 2016 when three friends, one espresso machine and a big idea came together to bring the flavours, warmth and spirit of the Eastern Mediterranean to London. What started as a neighbourhood brunch spot has grown into a group of restaurants across the city, each one built on the same belief that food tastes better when shared and hospitality means making everyone feel at home.

Since the beginning we’ve been fuelled by our love of food, people and proper hospitality. We’re always excited to meet others who share that passion, people who want to bring Eastern Mediterranean standards of warmth and care to London with just the right amount of Kefi.

We take fun seriously. From the first flat white to the last ouzo we believe in doing things properly, with warmth, curiosity and a twinkle in the eye. Our values keep us grounded in what matters most. Kefi is the joy and energy we bring to everything. Integrity means doing the right thing even when no one’s watching.
